Сразу после включения нажимайте F2, пока не появится BIOS. В разделе Security отключите Secure Boot Control, в разделе Boot отключите Fast boot, включите Launch CSM. Вставьте флешку, перезагрузите ноут, сразу нажимайте Esc. Выбираете нужное устройство и далее всё как обычно)
